Anmoldeep Singh Gill

Anmoldeep Singh Gill practises before the Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh, and before the district courts, tribunals and authorities of Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh.

He read law at the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, at Patiala, taking the five-year integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree.

The practice covers service matters, criminal matters and bail, civil litigation and constitutional matters, along with miscellaneous proceedings arising before tribunals and statutory authorities. Matters are taken on the basis that the client is told the position as it stands, including where the law does not assist the case.
